A
single week is a seven nights contiguous stay, usually beginning on Sunday after 4:00pm
and ending on that next Sunday at 10:00am. A three night minimum
stay is expected. Variations to fit your vacation plans may be
requested and all attempts to accommodate you will be made.
A $75US cleaning fee is waived
for stays of 5 contiguous nights or longer. If you stay 4 nights or less than
you will incur the
$75US cleaning fee which will be added to your bill.
The prices
above do not include the 13% Florida tax (which is applied to all rental
fees regardless of length of stay)
A $250US
security deposit is required regardless of your length of stay.
Partial
weeks and daily rates can also be quoted on request.
These
prices are for rental of the whole house, regardless of the number of
guests. A maximum of 10 guests allowed per rental period.
A signed Rental Agreement between
the parties is required prior to arrival and sets forth the terms and conditions
for the rental (available for viewing upon request).
Palace
bookings occur on a regular basis.
Please book early to secure the dates you need. No booking is guaranteed until the full deposit is paid.
Check in is at 4 p.m. Check out
is at 10
a.m. Early check-ins or late check- outs must be approved in advance,
otherwise extra nightly rates will be charged.

Days Prior to
arrival before notifying us that you intend to cancel:
More than 56 days...…you
will forfeit your deposit only.
29-56 days………....….you
will forfeit 50%of the total cost of your rental commitment.
Less than 29
days........you
will forfeit 100% of the total cost of your rental commitment.
We will not keep deposits/rental fees if the property can be re-rented. If the property is rented for a fraction of the
original rental fee because it is posted as a late availability listing, the portion of the rent recovered will be refunded.
Guests are advised to take out cancellation insurance.
Deposit returned within 21 days after completion of your stay, subject to no breakages or damage.
If the dates you want appear booked, we can put you on a wait
list. If the Palace becomes available we will notify you as soon as
possible.
